The bright yellow resin will not become hot in the sun like other exposed-metal devices do, making it safe to remove in hot weather and harmless to the vehicle's interior. The WRAP runs on 4 AA batteries and comes with a car charger to extend its life. Fits steering wheels between 14 1/4" to 15 1/2".
